Purpose:
This back plate is compatible with any of the #934 industrial strap hinges. Use back plates when through bolting strap hinges to a non-reinforced door, such as a hollow metal, tubular steel framed, mineral core, or corrugated, etc.
Function:
The back plate distributes the clamping force of the fasteners over a larger surface area thus preventing damage to the face of the door.
No Fasteners Included.
Material: 1/4 Steel.
