Hardware Options
Box TrackBox track is a top hung system, where the track is mounted over an opening. Door panels are outfitted with hanger assemblies that ride in the enclosed track. The track is attached to the building by brackets. These brackets give the track stability and strength and prevent the enclosed track from opening up over time. The weight of the door is supported only by the track system. A bottom guide/roller is used to stabilize the bottom of the door. Cleaner Operation: The enclosed box track hardware is typically categorized as your standard barn door hardware. This style of an enclosed track offers a cleaner operation by shielding the track and trolleys from dust and dirt. Track is available in stock lengths. Adjustability: The hanger assemblies (rollers) that attach to the door and ride in the track, offers adjustability to accommodate various door thicknesses. The hanger assembly also allows for limited up/down adjustability for the door, making installation easier. Flat TrackFlat Track is a top hung system, where the track is mounted above the opening. Door panels are outfitted with a pair of hangers that are assembled to specifically suite your door thickness. Only one pair of hangers is recommended per door. These hangers roll quietly on top of the flat track. The track is custom cut to length to suite each opening/application with mounting holes spaced equally or per the customer's designation. The track is offset from the wall/solid blocking using custom length wall spacers and fastened into place by either lag screws or another type of appropriate fastener. The weight of the door is supported only by the flat track system. A bottom guide/roller is used to stabilize the bottom of the door. Standard Door Weight Capacity:

Bottom Rolling Top GuidedOnly one pair of bottom roller wheels are required per gate or door. Bottom rollers are built into the frame of the door or gate and are designed to carry the entire weight of the door rolling on floor track.
