For the remainder of these Sale Terms, any order that matches at least one of these situations (i) through (ii) listed previously may be referred to as an order that was purchased from the Crown Industrial "Website".
Merchandise purchased is subject to Crown Industrial's Return Goods Policy.

Order and Acceptance
Each part of an order that you submit to Crown Industrial constitutes an offer to make a purchase. If you have placed your order through the Crown Industrial Website, then, after Crown Industrial receives your order, you will receive an email from Crown Industrial confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email from Crown Industrial confirming receipt of an order that you placed please contact Crown Industrial's Service Department. Please note that Crown Industrial's confirmation of receipt of your order does not equate to Crown Industrial's acceptance of your order.
Crown Industrial is not deemed to have accepted any part of your order until the requested item(s) has/have been shipped.
If Crown Industrial rejects your order due to an error in pricing and/or other information, then Crown Industrial will notify you by contacting you at either the email address or phone number you have provided. Once the error has been corrected, Crown Industrial will ask you whether or not you would like to continue with a new order. If Crown Industrial distributed merchandise that is different from the description of the relevant merchandise (as displayed on the Crown Industrial's Website at the time at which you placed your order), then you may request a return or an exchange. Delayed Shipment or Unavailability of Merchandise
If an item is delayed or becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on the Crown Industrial Website pertaining to the order (e.g. an error pertaining to the price and/or description of the item), the Crown Industrial may cancel the order. If this occurs, Crown Industrial will contact you so you are aware of the issue.
Damage in Transit
All packing is in accordance with carrier requirements. For your protection, BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY SHIPMENT, EXAMINE IT CAREFULLY. If there is evidence of damage or a shortage, insist the delivering carrier make suitable notation to that effect on the freigh bill before signing it. Do not throw away any packing materials or damaged material. If, after receipt of shipment, concealed damage is discovered, immediately notify the delivering carrior, requesting immediate inspection. The inspection report should be used to support your claim against the carrier. Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed by you with the delivering carrier. Crown Industrial will not accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged in transit. Your recourse is with the delivering carrier. Freight claim filing is the responsibility of the consignee and not Crown Industrial. CAUTION: When you give the delivering carrier a clear receipt for a shipment in which there is damaged merchandise or a shortage, the carrier is relieved of further responsiblity.
