Function:
The track must be supported by track brackets on 60" centers for doors up to 2,500lbs. Track must be supported by track brackets on 24" centers and all track joints must be welded for doors over 2,500lbs and up to 5,000lbs. These brackets support the track and track lips, helping to prolong the life of the track. If track brackets are not used, the warranty of the system is nullified.
