Delrin Wheel Hanger for 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" Thick Door

For a manually operated sliding wood door, 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" thick weighing up to 400 lbs.

Purpose:
For a manually operated sliding wood door, 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" thick weighing up to 400 lbs.
(1) one pair of hangers per door.

Function:

The trucks (rollers) are attached to the door by a pair of metal aprons that wrap around the top of the door and are through bolted through the door. Allows for vertical and lateral adjustment of the door in relationship to the track.

• • Ball Bearing and Roller Bearing Wheels are a stronger more durable feature. If the door is closer to the 400 lb limit we suggest using ball bearing or roller bearing wheels.
• • Delrin Wheels are a more affordable and slightly quieter alternative to ball bearing and roller bearing wheels.

Fasteners Included:

• • For 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" thick doors: (4 ea.) 5/16"-18 x 3" Flat Head Phillips Machine Screw, (2 ea.) 5/16"-18 x 2-3/4" Carriage Bolt with Nuts.

Material: 2-1/8" Diameter Wheel.
