A high mount active infared presense sensor designed to provide safety protection for automatic swinging, sliding and folding doors. Using active infared (AI) technology-Floor Reflection Method (FRM).  With FRM-AI up to 60 individual detection zones (floor points0 are precisely reflected off the floor in a rectangular pattern meeting and exceed ANSI A156.10 guidelines. Provides detection up to 13.1 feet (4m) from the door while simultaneously providing dense zone of presense detection at the threshold of the door.
