Purpose:
For all electrically operated slide-folding (bi-folding) door systems, where each door panel is over 4'-0" in width. Assists getting the lead door moving when in the folded open position.
Function:
The retarding device is mounted in the sliding door track and compresses when the doors are folded to the open position. During the closing cycle this device pushes the truck in the correct direction so the doors will close properly.
