Product consultation and advisement is the job focus with the opportunity to expand into other vital aspects of small business (examples webdesign, marketing, HR, Accounting, electrical systems designs, Computer Aided Design, project management, purchasing, etc.) We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys diversity in their work. Marketing and communication skills are vital.
- • Maintaining customer relationships in order to meet their needs
- • Assisting customers through communication (via phone and emails in a timely manner) and providing minor product support and general follow-up as needed.
- • Interpreting architectural drawings, on-job training available
- • Interact and effectively communicate with other departments within the company (engineering, shipping, purchasing, and accounting)
- • Order logistics: ensuring product availability and finding alternative solutions to meet the demands of the customer in a timely fashion
- • Improving sales productivity
- • Promote increased sales by establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. We pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction.
