For locking together medium sized bi-parting doors. Can also be used to lock a single sliding door to a jamb. For doors 1-3/4" or thicker.

Purpose:
For locking together medium sized bi-parting doors. Can also be used to lock a single sliding door to a jamb.
• Minimum door thickness 1-3/4".
• Padlockable

Function:
The 416 tite tite bolt is installed on the face of the door while the #416-15 Surface Keeper is attached to the adjoining door or to the jamb (in the case of a single sliding door). When the handle on the lock is turned, the hook captures the keeper and latches the two doors together or latches the door and jamb together (in the case of a single sliding door). This locking system can only be operated on one side of the door. Padlocks and security screws may be used for additional security.
