Number CRS14 Concealed Stay Roller

Stay rollers are designed to keep sliding doors from moving from side to side when pressure is applied to the face of the door. Our new concealed stay roller is mounted under the door and rides in a channel that is cut into the bottom of the door. This product is ideal for pocket doors, residential and commercial applications. When larger doors are required, other sizes are available.

Number CR10711 I-Beam Trolley

I-beam Trolley, designed for heavy capacity sliding doors or gates. This trolley is engineered for up to 8,000 pounds doors or gates. These trolleys are used on 4" to 12" S-beams.

Bottom Roller

Bottom Roller can be built into a heavy door or gate to offer support. The roller runs on light gage railroad track. The standard housings provide vertical adjustment and ease in installation.

These wheels are machined from solid steel plate for durability and strength. When required, and a larger wheels under heavy loads, we can machine wheels from carbon steel and have the treads flame hardened to a required Brinell hardness.

Bearings are tapered roller type, arranged so that both the vertical loads and the horizontal wind loading will be transmitted from the door through the bearings. The bearings are provided with a dust seal to retain the grease and prevent the entrance of dirt. Axles are equipped with grease fittings for pressure lubrication.

Used for very large interior doors. Excellent for Hospital Xray Doors, and Lead doors.
