Standard Strap Hinges Number 9035, 9036, 9040 and 9047

Strap hinges are designed for use on swinging wood or metal doors. The hinge pintles are made for full surface mounting to wood, formed metal, or structural steel frames. The #9035 and #9036 hinges are available with disc bearing and ball bearing. The #9047 is available with disc bearing only. Several strap lengths are available. See the chart below. The standard finish for the standard strap hinges is powder coated pebble sand (beige). Black and galvanized finishes are also available, but must be specified. Custom hinges are also available.

Back plates are available for all the #9035 and #9036 hinges. The back plates are an optional piece that is used on the reverse side of the door. It is used for extra reinforcement to the door.
