# 9035 Slide-Fold Door Hardware Set

# 9035 slide-fold hardware sets are designed for use on medium sized manually operated slide-fold doors. These hardware sets are available for door applications using two thru six door sections supported by jamb hinges, center hinges, and hangers which operate in "lock-joint" track. Locking bolts and hinges are available in different combinations to meet most door applications.

Best results are obtained by using door width of 3'0" or less (4'0" max on two door set).

Door weight should not exceed 250 lbs. per section. Door panels weighing more than 250 lbs, use door set # 934. .

#9035 sets include: hangers, track, brackets, jamb hinges, center hinges, bow handles, locking bolts with keepers, bumper shoes, floor guides, and fasteners for attaching hardware to door. (Wall bolts are excluded). A heavy bar latch is supplied with those sets having a passage swing door (3, 4, 5, & 6 door applications)

Door sets can include either (A) top bolts and cane bolts or (B) cremone bolt option.

OUT OPENING DOORS
Door applications which require the doors to open on the exterior side must be designated with an "O" as a prefix to the catalog number. Specific hardware parts are used on out opening doors to provide clearance to allow the doors to fully open.

LOCKING BOLT COMBINATIONS
Sets with the "A" combination use # 514 top bolts and # 524 cane bolts. Sets with the "B" combination use # 1028 P310 cremone bolts.

HINGE COMBINATIONS # 9035 JAMB HINGES AND # 9040 CENTER HINGES
Sets with the "No. 4" hinge combinations use disc bearing hinges. Sets with the "No. 5" hinge combination use ball bearing hinges.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Please state the number of sets desired and the catalog number as selected from the chart above.
  2. Add the prefix "O" to the catalog number if doors are to out-open.
  3. Select the hinge combination desired.
  4. Provide the opening size (width x height), door thickness and construction to insure that proper quantities of hardware and screws are furnished.
Example: 1 set O-9035-B 4-1/2-8 Hinge combination No. 4, for an opening 12'-0" x 8'-0" high, using 1-3/4" thick wood doors.
