Flat Track

The industry has been using the Flat Track/Hanger concept since the early 1900's for a variety of applications

Standard size hangers are for 1-3/4" inch thick doors. But a wide range is available from 1/4" to 3-1/4" thick. Doors hangers roll on a flat bar steel track (1/4" x 2") which projects 2-1/8" from wall.
Head clearance from the top of the track to top of truck/apron assembly is 3-1/4". The wheels comprise of 3" thread diameter-gray iron with roller bearings. The apron is 3/16" x 2" x 11-3/8" steel.
Standard finish is flat black. Other finishes are stainless steel, galvanized, painted dark bronze or prime for paint. Custom finishes are available too (you specify).

#43U Flat Track Hanger and Assembly Horseshoe Style for doors weight up to 500 lbs.

Standard size hanger for a door thickness of 1-3/4", other thicknesses are available. The hangers roll on flat steel bar track (1/4" x 2") which projects 2-1/8" from wall, for manually operated doors. Head clearance: From Top of track to top of truck/apron assembly 3-1/4". Wheels are 3" thread diameter-gray iron; roller bearings, apron is 1/4" x 2" x 9-3/8" steel. Finish: Painted flat black. Custom finishes available. Also available in stainless steel or galvanized finish.
